Fitness????!!!!!!!!!!!!?????
Beep test: 7.9
(Okay so apparently we weren't suppose to do the beep test? That's okay I need to work on my leg fitness so I don't mind)
My general fitness level is pretty bad honestly I don't go bike riding as much as I used too in grade 8-9. It's only when I have a goal in mind that I want to achieve. This years goal is doing this dance move that requires a lot of ab workout, so this year I'm working on my abs a lot also things that help my legs too. Generally I hate fitness cause it's the morning and I either walk to school most
Of the time but now a days I get up early to get a ride which makes me become lazier but it made my mind always wake up around the same time. Everyday. Generally I'm not fond of it so I think "hate" isn't a good word to use but yeah. I don't like fitness also I really wish that the girls will get a little more into when we don't have fitness because everything's more fun when everyone tries together. And I don't like it because then the guys won't pass unless you are into the game and stuff. So all in all my fitness is at a

I have a lot more to posssssstt but because of my laziness I didn't. But okay today's fitness made me realize how I run overall in fitness since I run slow and pace myself a lot without knowing. But okaaaaay here are le pictures.

Ops
Oh. Sorry that my blog report is late I am sick and keep taking naps and it's horrible. Not feeling good at all. Throughout PE I don't think I have ever missed fitness at all now that I think about it. I really hate fitness there are days were I'm like "oh yeah" I'm too lazy "lets do this!" Sort of thing but otherwise no it's not my style. I like bike riding in summer that's how I keep my shape because I enjoy it I do it frequently. Am I suppose to add a letter grade? If so a B I don't think my attitude is very high that others will look at me and say "I want to be just like her". People most likely say "oh her yeah she's loud and bossy and rude and stuff". I hear you alllllll. But that's fine by me. I wasn't meant to be your cup of tea but you're In front of me don't expect sympathy. I don't do it for my friends why should I do it for you. I don't put photographic pictures of my laps because I really hate carrying my phone when running. It's small but it adds so much more weight. I memorize my timings in my brain so I can actually DO THE MATH for it and feel smarter. Like who wants to look at their ugly screen phone on a beautiful day. Nopeeeee. Anyways I don't fully participate in PE but I always try even when I'm sick. I refused to do the beep test but I ended up doing it anyways and it was the same day Hazelle actually wanted to do fitness. Sadly she got a lower mark then me. But the only reason I knew my fitness grew was because every beep test I would drop out around 7.6 saying "ah no more I can keep going but it's a hassle" but this time I dropped out at 8.3 even though I had pulled a thigh muscle and wasn't feeling good. Then I though to myself like "damn I actually did it. I made it past 8" I got happy about it. Now my next goal is to make it to 9 and slowly go higher and higher. I think that sums it up. Not liking something doesn't mean I can't do it I guess. (My self motivation talk).

OHHHH YESSSS
WE WERE OUTSIDE AGAINA AAKSHASKKAJWNcaka SO MUCH FUN. I LOST MY VOICE BUT ITS OKAY IT WAS FOR A GOOD CAUSE. OMGGGG. IM INSANELY HAPPY AND FORGOT TO TAKE PICTURES BUT HEY I GOT ONE. MR.DAVIS CLASS PLAYED VERY WELL. Ps that one unmotivated kid. You didn't even start playing and you're saying "your team sucks" no. Personally you suck for saying that. Don't judged other people everyone has different levels and so do you. Suck it up.

I feel like I still deserve a C+ for my lack of effort. I haven't done much in pe then I did last year but I do go outside a lot when I'm home. So I get my fitness from there and dance class and freestyle dancing. Touché.

Rasto classo
I didn't enjoy it. It was horrible :| and gave up on my leadership skills. I'm sorry for being rude I don't think I was having a old day that day. Feelings stated I'm done.

Interms are rolling up.
In PE , people usually tell me that "WOW YOU DON'T SWEAT, WHAT, ARE YOU HUMAN, YOUR FACE ISN'T RED." -Hazelle. No stop look closely son, I actually turn red, not red red but Maroon. (no racism intended). In PE, I am that sort of person that will get up and do what I have to do. Yes, I nag and complain, "No, Do not want" but in reality I love to face my mind. That I need to get this done. In order for my future and health because at home I am lazy. I got severely lazy since last year. I was basically out of the house everyday last year bike riding, swimming, out door activities. Now it has changed I feel like I really need to get my shanz together and move move move and that is my accomplishment for this year. I don't really like sticking to people in fitness, choice no probs I everywhere. Fitness I get annoyed I don't know why. But hey if you want to join me that is fine , I just won't talk to you unless you are slacking off. I really hate when people do not move in fitness. Fitness the benefit for you so if you decide to come and complain to me about, the only thing you will get from me is "It's not my choice it's yours. Whatever floats your boat, but if you tell me you're "fat", then try harder and set a goal" . I will say no more. All and all I help with equipment because the faster you get something done the more relax time you have. I feel like my body is naturally starting to work harder and harder by itself because of my goal set. I actually died last class. So sssh.

Oh god a Reflection.
During the start of PE, I always bring my gym strip and occasionally a good attitude for PE, because I like to keep the activities in class fun and energetic, and bring some competition. It gets me moving around more than standing like a pole. I put more effort into the days we do fitness more because I like to stay at a minimum weight, not to overweight not to underweight. I like to balance because my eating habits are more off-side. I struggle more on the days we don't have fitness because usually no one puts as much effort and I don't like being the only one. The class becomes boring and there in no motivation.
I have no idea how I contribute to the class. Just by showing up I guess. My attitude is actually based on how my sleep. On fitness days I'm not the happiest of cookies. I get a little excited on non-fitness days. But no ones motivated so the class gets really boring and I don't wish to be the only person motivated because it get's tiring too :/ .
I enjoy volleyball, handball any sport that gets me moving. Energetic sports. Leadership to me means helping everyone around and being a rolemodel for anybody and everybody. I think Brittany.D is a good leader because she gets into the game and always tries her best even if she doesn't want too. I want to be able to run faster.
